Wyoming Quit Tobacco is an excellent tool to help you quit smoking or spit tobacco!

 

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

·         Any Wyoming resident who wants to quit tobacco is eligible for free services

·         Financial assistance is not based on income

·         Free online or telephone counseling

·         Services are available 24/7

·         Children 12 years & up can receive free online or telephone counseling

·         Friends & family can request materials or information

 

 

NRT – Nicotine Replacement Therapy

·         Nicotine gum, nicotine patch, or nicotine lozenge

·         NRT is mailed to your home free for three months

·         You must check in via phone or online to receive each month’s supply of NRT

·         Only one type of NRT will be provided 

·         There is no cost to you for NRT

·         No NRT or medications provided for children under 18

 

 

MEDICATION

·         Chantix or Zyban  (Wellbutrin)

·         A prescription must be obtained from a doctor

·         A voucher will be sent by fax to your pharmacy

·         Financial assistance: $120 voucher for 1^st month, $90 for the 2^nd month, and $90 for the 3^rd month (Chantix & Zyban cost approximately $145 per month)
