Quit Tobacco Services

Free tobacco quit tobacco services are available to all citizens of Wyoming and Johnson County. 

What is the Wyoming Quit Tobacco Program?

It is a program designed to help tobacco users quit tobacco for good. Get the personal support you need to quit, and stay quit. WQTP  is available to all Wyoming residents.

 
Here is what you get:
  • Online tools to help you build a personal quit plan. Get support from other quitters and quit experts at any time of the day or night. 24/7/365 support!
  • 5 phone calls with a trained quit coach. Each call is scheduled at the right time so you get the support you need when you need it.
  • A colorful, 40-page quit guide offers smart tips and help for every quitter—from deciding to quit to staying quit for good.
  • QuitTips e-mail messages delivered to your inbox. Check in from anywhere to get helpful tips about staying quit and other information to help you be successful.
  • Low cost quit medications (NicoDerm® patch, Nicorette® gum, Commit® lozenge, Commit® mini lozenge, CHANTIX®, WELLBUTRIN SR®, WELLBUTRIN XL® and Zyban®)

There is also a service available to youth in Johnson County.  The Tobacco Education Group and Tobacco Awareness Program (TEG/TAP) is available to the youth of Johnson County. Contact Rosi Davidson at the Community Resource Center for more information.
