Our goal is to serve as a valuable resource for the people in our communities.
Anyone is welcome to seek our services.

We hope to increase the number of cancer survivors,
and decrease the number of people affected by cancer.
 


Our Services Include:

Travel assistance for cancer patients traveling for doctor visits, treatment or surgery

Free Cancer Screenings--Colonoscopies, Mammograms & Pap tests
 to those who meet certain eligibility requirements

Patient navigation throughout the continuum of cancer care

Contacts for local support groups

Support materials for patients, families & friends
